You’ll collaborate closely with engineers and project managers across all stages of design and documentation — from concept layouts through to detailed design and construction support. You’ll Bring: 3–8 years’ civil design experience (urban/land development preferred) Strong technical proficiency with 12d (essential) Sound understanding of Australian Standards and local council processes Full Australian working rights Excellent communication and teamwork skills About You You thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy variety in your work, and take pride in producing practical, accurate, and high-quality designs that contribute to great built outcomes.
